This website exists to introduce our clinic, doctors, pharmacy, laboratory and inpatient facilities, and to make it easy for you to reach us. It is an informational website, not a treatment platform.

• Messages and calls are appointment requests, not confirmed bookings.
• An appointment is confirmed only when our staff confirm a date and time with you.
• Doctor availability can change at short notice due to emergencies, surgeries or ward duty.
• Messages sent outside working hours are answered on the next working day.

We do not collect payments through this website. Consultation, pharmacy, laboratory and admission charges are paid at the clinic. If anyone asks you to transfer money online in the clinic's name through a link on the internet, please call us before paying.

We take care to keep service listings, timings and doctor details current, but content may occasionally be out of date. Please confirm timings and availability by phone before travelling to the clinic.

Photographs of our building, reception, pharmacy, laboratory and ward are of our own premises. Photographs showing patients or clinical care are published with consent. If you believe an image should not be published, please contact us and we will review and remove it.

Links such as WhatsApp and maps open services operated by other companies. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them, and we do not control those services.

The clinic name, logo, text and photographs on this website belong to Dr. Rakesh Medicare and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website, from interruptions to the website, or from delays in third-party messaging services. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibilities for the care we provide at the clinic.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Chikkaballapur, Karnataka.
