Appointment & Cancellation Policy

How to book, what to expect on the day, and what happens if plans change.

Last updated: 19 August 2026

Consulting hours

  • Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Sunday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Pharmacy and laboratory follow clinic hours; sample collection is best done in the morning for same-day reports.

How to book

  • Call +91 70195 55806 or +91 84602 30071 during working hours.
  • Send a WhatsApp message using any of the WhatsApp buttons on this website, mentioning the service and your preferred day.
  • Walk in — we see walk-in patients through the day, with a wait depending on how busy the clinic is.
A message or missed call is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Our staff will confirm your slot with you. Messages received after hours are answered on the next working day.

On the day of your visit

  • Please arrive about 10 minutes early to complete registration.
  • Bring previous prescriptions, discharge summaries, scan films and laboratory reports.
  • Bring a list of medicines you are currently taking, including for blood pressure, diabetes or thyroid.
  • For fasting blood tests, come without breakfast and carry a snack for afterwards.
  • If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, you may be seen after the patients already waiting.

Rescheduling and cancellation

  • You can reschedule or cancel at any time by calling or messaging us — there is no cancellation charge.
  • Please tell us as early as you can so the slot can be offered to another patient.
  • If you do not turn up and have not informed us, the slot is released; you are welcome to book again.
  • We do not maintain a penalty or blacklist for missed appointments.

When we have to change your appointment

Occasionally a doctor is called to an emergency, an admitted patient, or is on leave. When this happens we call you as early as possible and offer the earliest alternative slot, or a consultation with another doctor at the clinic if you prefer not to wait.

Emergencies come first

Patients with emergencies are attended to immediately, which can delay scheduled consultations. We are grateful for your patience when this happens — the same priority applies to you if you ever need it. For an emergency, call 108 or come straight to the clinic.

Fees, payment and refunds

  • Consultation, pharmacy, laboratory and admission charges are paid at the clinic.
  • We do not accept payments through this website, so there are no online transactions to refund.
  • Our front desk will tell you the applicable consultation fee before you are seen; ask about test and procedure costs at any time.
  • If you are billed in error, tell the front desk and the amount will be corrected or returned at the clinic.
